Swimming boxer trunks with a push-up insert, which is placed in a specially designed mesh pocket on the inner side of the underwear. The pocket keeps the insert stable, giving the effect of a natural male genitalia. The enlarging insert is removable and can be cut to the right size. The insert has a perfect shape and always perfectly accentuates as well as gives a very good enlarging effect, no matter of the size of your male genitalia.
