The long Basic binder in white reaches past the hips and flattens the chest and stomach evenly. Ideal under light shirts and T-shirts.

Binder Basic Long White – chest binder for a flat chest
The long Basic binder with a V-neck reaches past the hips and flattens the chest and stomach evenly. It does not ride up, stays discreet under clothing and works especially well for larger chests.
White is ideal under light T-shirts, shirts and summer outfits and always looks fresh.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your chest at its widest point and compare it with our size chart. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: a binder that is too small does not flatten better, it just feels uncomfortably tight. If no standard size fits, we can make your binder to measure.
How long can I wear a binder?
We recommend wearing a binder for no more than about 8 hours a day, never sleeping in it and taking regular breaks. If you feel pain, shortness of breath or skin irritation, take the binder off straight away. If you have any health concerns, please talk to your doctor.
Will the binder show under my clothes?
No – the binder lies flat, has no visible seams across the chest and does not show under T-shirts, shirts or sweaters.
How do I wash my binder?
Wash at 30 °C, ideally in a laundry bag. Do not bleach or machine dry – let it air dry flat or on a hanger. This keeps the fabric stretchy and the compression effective for longer.
Can I order a custom-made binder?
